Wet, less than 20% (that equates to about -15 to -8 dB and -20 to -15 dB, depending on reverb/impulse). You should only need about 15-30% reverb on DRY sources. I think the main issue is too much reverb. I believe panning is happening post phase offset. The plugin I'm using is called 'Stereo Enhancer' and comes stock in FL Studio. But B has a bit less tightness in the low end and seems a little more messy and thin overall. I like the definition of A, but I feel like there is more 'space' in B. Both tracks feature the same stereo reverb unchanged (Valhalla Room). Most instruments and sections are run through that plugin, but some are left alone (woodwinds are made mono on the board and panned a smidge to the left or right, for example). Version B is panned entirely with a stereo imaging plugin. Version A is panned with traditional methods with some stereo width adjustments done on the mixer. Here is a snippet of a new track I've been working on for one of my projects called Trogool (that's the name of the 'band').
