Another notable attribute of Seven Lions is his beautiful use of melody in all of his tracks, creating a lyrical base for the harder beats that he layers on top. Spinning a deep vertical in to the genre of dubstep, from chillstep to superstep, Seven Lions has truly mastered the ability of being a diverse artist unlike many of his genre counterparts. After spending a mere half hour on his Soundcloud, I was all in love again with this talented dubstep producer. However, when I heard that he was going to be in town this weekend, I wanted to kick myself in the face for being so negligent.
Maybe it’s his shy persona, or preference of maintaining a low social profile, but I always seem to forget about Seven Lions.
